Chick-fil-A is winning by training workers to say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’

As the title of this story suggests, this story should not come as a surprise to anyone who has ever visited a Chick-fil-A. Visiting a Chick-fil-A is like watching a Virtual Reality video on how customer service should be. The employees smile, almost like they are happy that you’ve walked into the restaurant and they are happy to serve you!

Business Insider wrote a great article on this topic in April and I felt obliged to share.

Chick-Fil-A is exemplary in customer service. I may tire of their menu, but responses in simply saying, “My pleasure” leaves a better impression and “taste-ful” experience more than any other quick-food restaurant in town.
